American Data Supply now carries CableGuide's new fabric innerduct which is similar to the popular Maxcell fabric innerduct but has several major differences to the Maxcell innerduct product which will be covered below. Cable Guide is also a woven sleeve manufactured from polyester monofilaments and designed to optimize allocation of cables within conduit structures. The fabric takes on the shape in the conduit allowing it to conform to the available space. Cableguide simplifies the installation process by allowing several cables to be placed at once so each cable to be added one at a time. This feature makes it the perfect tool for installing new networks initially or up-grading existing ones. Cableguide can also be installed into pre-occupied duct with existing cable-thus maximizing cable density.

We also stock plenum innerduct, fiber optic duct, conduit and raceway systems including Fiber Duct, Outside Plant Conduit, Plenum Innerduct, Riser Rated Innerduct, Toneable Duct, Corrugated Innerduct and more. Corrugated HDPE Premier Corrugated HDPE is manufactured from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and is intended to be placed inside of existing innerduct. It¹s ideal for pulls under 1000 ft. and is designed to reduce surface contact when pulling cable. This lightweight product offers maximum flexibility, and allows for installation in small or restricted areas. Corrugated duct is available in 1" and 11/4". The standard color is orange and is offered in a variety of other colors. Sequential marked footage is standard. Custom options, such as multiple colors per reel and Slit Duct, are also available.

CableGuide® SC versus Traditional Innerduct

Maximizing cable capacity within conduit is one of the most important aspects of successful cable installation. And with Federal-Mogul Systems Protection Group's revolutionary CableGuide® SC - that's exactly what we help you achieve. Conventional HDPE innerduct limits the amount of cable that can be installed. CableGuide® SC conforms to the shape of cable instead of holding a circular profile.

Pulling tape and color tracers are both key features included in the design of Cableguide. Pulling tape is included in each cell to assist in drawing cables over long lengths with the help of pulling devices commonly used by installation contractors. The colored tracers are included to easily identify each cell
Cableguide saves you valuable resources by allowing you to minimize the size of duct structures while maintaining cable density. In some cases, Cableguide eliminates the need for new structures altogether by allowing you to utilize existing duct space.

Cableguide is available in a range of configurations to meet various industry requirements and conduit sizes. Installation and termination accessories are also available.
